To set up your channel, please do the following:

  1. Download and install the Broadcast studio software.
  2. Create a FameFor15.com account
  3. Launch and Login to the software using your FameFor15.com user name and password.
  4. On the first page you see, name your channel and give it a descriptive tag line (note: choose your channel name wisely because it cannot be changed).
  5. Your channel is set up.
  6. Click on the media button.
  7. Add media to the software.  This can be a video camera or a video file.
  8. Click on the Show button.
  9. Create your show by giving it a title, decription, etc...
  10. Click on the schedule button.
  11. Choose a time slot for your show and select the channel you set up in step 4 to broadcast on.
  12. Click on the broadcast button.
  13. Add a media you created at step 7 to your broadcast playlist.
  14. If your scheduled time slot is near you should see your show appear in the box in the lower middle of the screen.  Select your show from the box and click the "Start Broadcast" button.
  15. Once connected to the broadcast server, you should hear audio prompts telling you when you are on the air.  Once you hear a five second countdown and your On The Air sign lights up in the lower left corner, you are broadcasting on your channel.
  16. Your show will record on the server and be available to your audience as a rerun.  You can rebroadcast your rerun in another time slot on your channel if you wish.  See the rerun section of the My Account page on the web site for control over your reruns.  Or, create another schedule for your show and select your latest rerun in the "content" box instead of "Live Broadcast."  This rerun will play at your selected time slot without any help from you.
  17. During your broadcast you can interact with your audience by creating poll questions or taking text-based callers.  Click on the poll button or the callers button to interact (note: the callers button is only available when you are broadcasting).
